All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services. We are mainly a custom-order, made-to-order bespoke jeweler so returns or exchanges are not possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer business day overnight delivery to certain locations. Complimentary national shipping for orders over $100.


How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 


What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our studio. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
