BRING YOUR FAVORITE JEWELRY

Our professional cleaning & repair services are available.

1. Clean your jewelry.
2. Repair any broken pieces, add needed parts or new chains.
3. Appraise your favorite / sentimental jewelry (for insurance purposes).
4. We run these jobs through our shop, which generally takes 2-3 weeks minimum.
5. Jewelry services will be invoiced separately from the gift certificate.

YOUR SENTIMENTAL/INHERITED JEWELRY

• Any sentimental or inherited jewelry/heirlooms or unworn/old jewelry may be redesigned or altered into new beautiful Paolo Redesigns/Designs. Samples will be presented during your jewelry makeover.

ANY NON-SENTIMENTAL JEWELRY

• Paolo is interested in accepting trade-in of any non-sentimental, unwanted/old jewelry towards your Designs/Redesigns or purchases of our Ready-To-Wear Jewelry.

• You’re welcome to trade in any gold, silver, platinum, diamond, or gemstone jewelry. (Old gold jewelry, silver jewelry, class rings, missing earrings, broken pieces, etc.)

• We will accept costume jewelry, which we donate to a local charitable cause.
